Refund & Return Policy

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY 

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or store credit within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.

All items must be in perfect condition with the security tag and original packaging for returns to be accepted.

5 p.m. reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns and/or not send following the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Products can't be returned or exchanged when labbeled as "Bazaar", "Clearence" or during Black Friday (the Black Week and Cyber Monday).

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.

RETURN FEES

If you choose to return your order, you will be burdened with the shipping cost. 

If your order is returning from outside the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.

Important notice: We only accept returns sent with ELTA courier.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase and wish to return one or more items from your order, please send an email to fivepmfashion@gmail.com to inform us of the return and provide your bank details to proceed with the refund.

You will then need to ship the product and the receipt, to the below address:

Loukianou 14, Kolonaki, Athens, 10675

For your refund to be completed successfully, the product must be in its original condition, and the particular tabs must not have been removed. The money will be refunded via bank deposit. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.
